    At EstateSpace, we partner with our clients to find success. Listening, learning, and tailoring the experience to meet the unique needs of each client is at the heart of our process. Our approach includes:
    • Guides to Getting Started to help clients navigate the platform with ease.
    • Tutorial Videos and Training Sessions designed to ensure you’re equipped to make the most of EstateSpace.
    • Best Practices for streamlined workflows and operational success.
    • Mutual Action Plan for stakeholders that addresses challenges, sets clear milestones, and helps meet your timelines effectively.
    Listening to your feedback, we also identified key challenges to further optimize the platform—most notably, the difficulty of getting started and managing data entry to set up your workspace. We saw this challenge as an opportunity to innovate, and as a result, we created Lily, our AI-driven assistant, to simplify the setup process and reduce the time spent on manual tasks.

  • Enhanced Features:
    We’re expanding permissions management, notifications, and project budgeting tailored for household properties to include HR-related line items, ensuring you have the flexibility and tools needed to manage your operations comprehensively.
  • New Capabilities – PM Suite:
    A key focus for 2025 is our Project Management Suite, designed to support construction companies transitioning into residential maintenance services after construction. By becoming the operational platform for the entire project lifecycle—spanning Design, Build, and seamless transitions to ongoing maintenance—we aim to empower construction firms to deliver continuous value to their clients. This capability allows us to expand into the construction industry, helping companies manage every phase efficiently while maintaining operational consistency.
